Do Mérito à Métrica - A Degeneração da Justiça
Toda tirania começa com uma mentira, e não uma mentira qualquer, mas aquela que se enraíza no coração do homem como segunda natureza. A mentira que, sob o pretexto de justiça, gera servidão. O truque mais antigo da humanidade: vestir a dominação com a toga da virtude, fazer do algoz um educador, e do espoliado, um ingrato.
Entre essas farsas, nenhuma se apresenta com mais pompa do que a chamada “justiça social”. Tomada a sério, ela exige que se suspenda a razão para que floresça a piedade ideológica. Seu objetivo não é premiar o mérito nem proteger o fraco, mas condecorar o ressentido. Trata-se de um conceito fraudulento que arma o burocrata com o cetro do redistribuidor benevolente.
Enquanto isso, a justiça verdadeira, aquela que emerge do direito natural, que reconhece a anterioridade da alma diante do Estado, é descartada como “elitista”, “retrógrada”, “opressora”. A lei rebaixa-se a ferramenta de engenharia social. Em nome da “inclusão”, fecha-se a porta para quem ousa ser livre.
Essa mesma lógica contamina outro pilar da civilização: a moeda. Assim como a linguagem da justiça é corrompida, a linguagem do valor também o é. A moeda é uma promessa de valor e de confiança. Quando o Estado imprime moeda sem lastro, ele não apenas rouba, ele mente. A inflação evazia o valor da moeda para concentrar o poder de mando.
E como toda mentira exige ritual, criou-se a pseudociência econômica para justificar o roubo legalizado. O sujeito prudente, que deveria ser premiado pela poupança, vê-se punido. O juro negativo é a pedagogia do desespero. E quando o indivíduo perde, culpam o “capitalismo selvagem”.
A corrupção da moeda é a anulação do futuro. Um povo que não pode poupar é um povo que não pode sonhar. Sem sonho a servidão se instala com naturalidade. A esperança se degrada em cálculo de sobrevivência.
Não se vive mais em liberdade, vive-se da ilusão dela, sempre prometida, jamais entregue. E é aí que a mentira inicial retorna: a mesma que corrompeu o conceito de justiça agora falsifica o próprio valor da vida, medido em uma moeda sem lastro e sem alma. A tirania não precisa mais da força, basta-lhe a linguagem e o dinheiro adulterado. Enquanto aceitarmos que o chicote venha com certificado de boas práticas, continuaremos aplaudindo o declínio como se fosse progresso.

From Merit to Metrics - The Degeneration of Justice
Every tyranny begins with a lie, and not just any lie, but one that takes root in the human heart like second nature. A lie that, under the guise of justice, breeds servitude. The oldest trick of humanity: to clothe domination in the toga of virtue, to make the executioner an educator, and the exploited an ingrate.
Among these farces, none presents itself with more pomp than so-called "social justice." Taken seriously, it demands the suspension of reason so that ideological piety may flourish. Its objective is not to reward merit or protect the weak, but to decorate the resentful. It is a fraudulent concept that arms the bureaucrat with the scepter of the benevolent redistributor.
Meanwhile, true justice, that which emerges from natural law, which recognizes the priority of the soul before the State, is dismissed as "elitist," "retrograde," "oppressive." The law is reduced to a tool of social engineering. In the name of “inclusion,” the door is closed to those who dare to be free.
This same logic contaminates another pillar of civilization: money. Just as the language of justice is corrupted, so is the language of value. Money is a promise of value and trust. When the State prints unbacked money, it not only steals, it lies. Inflation empties the value of money to concentrate power.
And as every lie requires ritual, pseudo-economic science was created to justify legalized theft. The prudent individual, who should be rewarded for saving, finds himself punished. Negative interest rates are the pedagogy of despair. And when the individual loses, they blame “wild capitalism.”
The corruption of money is the annulment of the future. A people who cannot save are a people who cannot dream. Without dreams, servitude naturally takes hold. Hope degrades into a calculation of survival.
We no longer live in freedom, we live in the illusion of it, always promised, never delivered. And that's where the initial lie returns: the same lie that corrupted the concept of justice now falsifies the very value of life, measured in a currency without backing or soul. Tyranny no longer needs force; language and adulterated money suffice. As long as we accept that the whip comes with a certificate of good practices, we will continue to applaud decline as if it were progress.
